Below is a brand new trailer for “Undeniable: The Story of the Independent Soul Music Movement,” a soul documentary featuring Grammy winners and nominees, and key players on Indie Soul’s movement.
The feature-length documentary is in the works, I’m producing and photographed part-of (the Zo! and Carmen interviews and their performance and b-roll at The Jazz Kitchen in Indianapolis) and is directed by John Jointer.
Journal Communications bought the rights to a photo I took of their HQ in Milwaukee, which is used on their recently launched new website.

During one of our first spring-like April days in Milwaukee, I ventured to the lakefront for a few minutes during sunset. Took some stills with my 5dmk3 and processed them in Lightroom.
Downtown Milwaukee. Plus excellent use of foreground. Also, clouds.
Not sure what this plant is. But it’s backlit.
Not sure the official term on the “leaves” here, so I called them “Whisps.”

The film features interviews with Grammy winners and nominees, and integral players in Independent Soul Music.
I also shot the Zo! and Carmen Rodgers interviews and performance, at The Jazz Kitchen in Indianapolis, that’s in the trailer.
